Pothole Blow Out in Thetford

It's been another busy week for Hometyre Norfolk.
Earlier in the week, we were approached by a distressed customer at Tesco Thetford.
The customer had just hit a pothole which has burst his tyre.
Luckily for him, he saw our van and was able to wave us down. The customer was panicking as not only was he stuck at Tesco, he also could not find his locking wheel security key to remove the tyre. Our highly equipped locking wheel nut removal kit was able to remove the tyre for the customer.
On inspection, I found that the tyre had sustained damage around the entire circumference, leaving leaks around the tyre, making it unrepairable.

   Then we were able to replace the tyre with the spare, only to find that the size of the spare was 175/50/14, yet the tyre we had removed was 195/50/15. Although this was not ideal, the customer only had to travel 1.5miles down the road. He safely reached home.
Then the following day I was able to supply and fit a new General tyre for him, at home, at a time of his convenience.
