Absolutely! We have been changing tyres on electric cars since their mass market adoption many years ago. As their technology has developed, new techniques and adaptations have had to be implemented such as rubber pucks for underneath the jacking points and ensuring the vehicle is in the correct jacking mode (often found on models with air suspension).
