Hometyre Norfolk to the rescue!

Recently Hometyre Norfolk, the mobile fitting tyre service that comes to you, was called to an emergency job on the A1066 in between Thetford and Rushford, on the side of the road on the way to Diss.

Hometyre was there within 20 minutes of the call to a Vauxhall Astra vehicle, where the customer had driven over a pothole, which caused the tyre to deflate rapidly.

As we were able to arrive within 20 minutes, we did not have a tyre to hand, therefore at the side of the road, we patched the tyre to allow to customer to safely make the 5 mile journey home.

In this time, I drove to Bury St Edmunds to pick the customer up a brand new budget tyre 195/60/R15 and returned to her house in no time to replace the damaged tyre.
