Locking Wheel Nut Removal on Alfa Romeo GT in Basingstoke

We had a chat message come in from a customer in Basingstoke on Tuesday morning explaining how she had been trying to get her locking wheel nut off one of her wheels, she had taken the vehicle to her local mechanic and despite many efforts unfortunately they were unable to remove it.

Luckily for our customer we were in the local area and had some free time to pop over and have a look at the GT to see what the problem was.

Our customer was at work without access to her mobile so the online chat facility came in really handy for her, she was able to keep in contact with our head office on her PC whilst we contacted our fitter to go and complete the job.

We were successful in getting the locking wheel nut off and with a quick phone call to our customer on her lunch break she was able to pay over the phone and have the work carried out on her driveway whilst she got on with her busy day at work!
