Hankook K415 91 V 225/45/R18 in Horsham RH12

A repeat customer called me for a quote on 4 Hankook tyres on his Nissan Juke he asked on the Hankooks and the Continentals. After comparing the prices and discussing the the euro tyre labelling, (it was the cost mainly) he then decided on the Hankooks, so he said a time and place for fitting.

I then turned up at the place and time for the customer and greeted the customer and as you always do start chatting about cars after a lenghly conversation I started with locating the locking wheel nut key then, realeasing the wheel bolts and carry out a quick alignment check on the vehicle no obvious signs of uneven tyre wear but always worth checking and this is free for every customer.

So I Started with raising the Nissan and removing the old Continental tyre from the alloy taking extra caution as the alloys have tyre pressure monitoring systems fitted after removing the old tyre I then fitted the new Hankook K415 onto the alloy and raising the pressure to 33 psi, then balancing on the electronic balance machine.

I then repeated this process with the remaining 3 wheels and then mounted back onto the vehicle after this I torqued up the wheel bolts and placed the locking wheel nut key back into the glovebox.

I then spoke to the customer and mentioned the tyre pressures and took payment from the customer and entered all the relevant information into my iPad to send a receipt via email.
