It is the time of year when your summer tyres need to be refitted and caravan tyres need to be checked for signs of age.

We are now getting calls from our customers who have winter tyres fitted to their vehicles as spring is nearly with us and the winter tyres we fitted in the autumn need to be removed and summer tyres refitted to all vehicles.

It is also the time of year when caravan tyres need to be checked to make sure that they are in good condition for the summer months and it is recommended they be changed if they are over five years old as there is a chance that cracks could appear on the sidewall of the tyre which will increase the opportunity of a problem arising during your journey.

Many of our customers are requesting us to fit Tyron bands to caravan and motorhome wheels to assist in the event of a blowout as the Tyron bands will help the driver control the vehicle if a tyre does happens to burst.
