Needed new tyres on my caravan.

Tyron bands fitted when bought new.

Caravan dealer not interested, normal tyre shops didn't want to know, Kwik Fit in particular couldn't wait to put the 'phone down.

My wife found Hometyre.

Helpful, good prices, quick service and when Mark came to fit them he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Recommend him 100%.

Great company to do business with.

Nothing but compliments with the service. Although the balancing wasn't done, I am a very satisfied customer. Great customer service and friendly staff! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Craig many thanks dude your service was ace!

Reply from Hometyre: Hi Kalaba. Thank you for the great review! The balancing is always carried out when we fit new tyres. You're referring to the tracking in this instance. We carry out wheel alignment on most vehicles except for those with significantly lowered suspension... Unfortunately yours is just too heavily modified from standard : (

The service from calling to booking was fantatsic. Got booked in the same day, and the engineer was on time and done a fantatsic job.

Even although bad wether with the snow service was amazing.

All in all 11/10 would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you team .

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would be grateful if you would let the powers that be know that I would like to pass on a huge thank you to a member of your team.

I started a new job in Glossop on Monday and setting off for home in Denton after the first day, I realised my front drivers side tyre was flat. I decided to chance it and drove the few hundred yards to Tesco to hopefully put some air in it. Unfortunately the air machine there made absolutely no difference and I have to admit I started to get really anxious. It was then I noticed (as I later found out) Paul, putting petrol in one of your vans. I went over and asked could he help me. He told me not to worry and that he would come and have a look at my tyre as soon as he'd paid for his petrol.

He then manoeuvred his van next to my car and promptly put enough air in my tyre to get me home. I cannot tell you what a relief it was. He was extremely helpful and polite and was truly my knight in shining armour.

I did thank him and asked for a leaflet so I could contact someone to let them know. I will certainly be recommending your company and without doubt will use you myself in future as and when I need assistance with my tyres.
