Mobile Two Tyre Replacement in Chester - Simon - 20/11/2019

I am not 100% sure whether this is the right channel to send this to, if not please can I ask that it is passed onto the right person.

I had the unfortunate experience of one of my tyres blowing out last night, as it was not an easy fix I somewhat reluctantly looked at sourcing a mobile tyre service. As I needed to be back on the road ASAP I looked for a company that would be able to do the work today, and at a fair price.

After trawling through the usual suspects (Kwik Fit, Halfords etc) I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the timings/availibility. I then hit the Hometyre site, as the price was right and availability worked for me, I left my details and preferred time slot for today. As it was 8pm I didn't hold much hope that anything would progress past this.

At just after 8am today I received a call from Jack at Hometyre (no pun intended), he was a very professional individual who said that he had moved a few appointments around and he could have a fitter out at 1230 today. This worked well for me as it coincided with my lunch at work. To be honest I was still a little skeptical as everything was a little bit 'to convenient'

I went home for 1230 and waited for the fitter to arrive. Mark tuned up just after 1230 and changed the two tyres and everything was completed by 1330.

The reason I am writing this email is to pass on my thanks to all involved in the pleasurable experience I had with your company, from Jack setting the appointment to Mark carrying out the work. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, and all at a very reasonable price. I was in a fix with my car and expected to have to pay a premium to get it sorted for today, Hometyre really challenged my perception of this industry and I will most definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

Thanks again for taking the stress out of what could have been a very frustrating experience.

Very quick and efficient. Appointment was arranged online, and confirmed over the phone very promptly after that. Tyre change was done in my office car park and it was all sorted in 30-45 mins, most of which I was at my desk continuing with work.

Thank you very much for the excellent repair work carried out by one of your team Mark Last week.

Mark was able to complete the whole repair without me even having to walk as far as my parked car. He simply took my keys and explained what needed to be done, he brought the tyre for me to check and then produced his phone for me to pay as the reception was very poor on my mobile.

I appreciated his consideration and I have recommended your firm to several friends
