Had to get a tyre changed whilst on Holiday. Arrived at Gatwick airport valet parking with a flat and no spare! Called Hometyre from abroad as they had excellent reviews and couldn't be more pleased. Dave at the call centre was excellent and could not be more helpful. The logistics of getting to the vehicle as it was in the short stay multi story was sorted by Ben. All in all, this was a difficult job and full credit to the team for getting it sorted on my behalf. I will certainly use Hometyre again in the future

Had two rear tyres replaced by Mark. Mark was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I did have some disagreement about the price. Having listened to my phone call at point-of-booking I realised the mistake was mine. Again, Andy who I spoke to was polite throughout any conversation we had.

I recently had two tyres fitted to my car and can highly recommend Hometyre , Craig who fitted them is very professional and takes pride in his work and is a very nice guy .

I will be using them again not just for the convenience of having them done at home but because the service is far superior to going to other tyre outlets

Sergio was very efficient, and changed all 4 tyres smoothly and quickly. We would definitely recommend him.

It was also really useful having someone who could come to the house, as one of the car's tyres was so badly damaged, it couldn't be driven to a garage.

First time user of the service. Had little choice as my vehicle was stranded on the drive. Contact with Hometyre head office was fast and efficient. Very quickly booked in with correct tyre identification and visit time. The level of service then went up a further notch when Richard the local fitter arrived on the drive, on time and with everything required for the job housed in his van. No fuss, just got on with the job and it was perfect, even changing a broken tyre pressure monitor on site. Price was excellent, same as the quote and absolutely no hidden extra's. Have since enquired with other national companies based locally and was surprised to find that all were more expensive. I will be using again.

We had a puncture late on a Friday night, booked Hometyre. Received a call to confirm next morning and Craig arrived 9.30 that morning. Very professional, reliable and efficient. Came on time. Very pleased with Craig and the fact they come to your home. Would highly recommend and will definitely use in future.

Excellent service from Peter@Hometyre Nottingham, and the Hometyre Customer Service guy the day before.

I wanted a specific winter tyre, that the Customer Service chap spent a lot of effort finding for me. He got the tyres to Peter for fitting at home the following day.

Peter arrived really promptly, confirmed the job, and in little more than 40mins had replaced the 2 front tyres.

You couldn't ask for better, will definitely use again for our cars.

Had the pleasure of using this company yesterday! from the moment i contacted them the process was easy the lady who helped me book a time slot was excellent took all my details and gave me a booking time that suited me Sergio the fitter was such a lovely guy rang me twice to let me know he would be on time! when he arrived he was smiling and did a perfect job!
