Thank you guys (and girls). I've been using Hometyre now for over seven years and find the whole experience a pleasure every time. Wayne is always polite and prompt and patient with me when I can't find keys etc (sorry mate!). You now deal with about 3/4's of my colleagues who live locally and even Sam who travels from Solihull and is looked after at home by your West Midlands branch!
