My Name is John Parker, I have just had x3 tyres fitted at my business address in Liverpool. (Peugeot 206). I would like to commend the fitter of the tyres for his absolute honesty and knowledge of what I would need and why. I had originally only wanted one tyre, but after having a chat with Dave (Wright) I was informed and advised that I would need x2 more. I was not in anyway pressured to take the other x2 tyres, it was Mr Wrights knowledge and his honesty that made me think he was more concerned about my safety, than trying to make money from me. Very impressed.

No interruption

With running a business and having a very busy schedule i didn’t really have time to interrupt my schedule and take my car to a garage so I called Hometyre, and got it done at the office. Just to make things better they were even the cheapest!!

After seeing a Hometyre van on the road I thought I would keep that in mind.  I am a self employed mother of three and getting my tyres changed is nothing but hassle, normally.  I needed help sooner than I thought when I got a flat tyre.  The lady at the call centre was very helpful and very pleasant; she took my details and called me back within a few minutes to say that the fitter could call out in around an hour.  Norman arrived again was very pleasant and very helpful.  He sorted out all my tyres and at my request booked me in to call back and set my wheel alignment.  I have now used this service twice and honestly will never take my car to a garage again.  Not only was the service very efficient, a lot less stressful and professional, it cost no more than having to drag the kids kicking and screaming to the garage and then having to find something to do with them for two hours before picking it back up again.

Thank you very much for an excellent service. Richard Woodward fitted five tyres and tubes to my MGB, taking particular care with the special requirements of the wire wheels and their balancing. The personal attention he gave was far beyond anything I've ever experienced before at conventional tyre depots and I had the added benefit of the work being carried out at my home. I shall most certainly use Hometyre again and will recommend your company to my friends.
