Arrived at work with puncture 8:50am, phoned Hometyre 9:05am, checked price quoted was competitive, Hometyre arrived at office 10:00, Tyre replaced by 11:00am. Fantastic service, competitive price and saved me hours waiting in a drafty tyre bay.

Its a long time since I have dealt with a company where customer service and satisfaction was so high a priority. A very smooth and slick organisation to deal with from the central call centre through to Rob who came out and fitted the tyres. Even in an emergency on Christmas Eve in 4 inches of snow, Rob managed to track down a tyre and brave the cold to make sure I could use my car over Christmas. Thanks very much.

I was impressed with the speed at which the whole process was completed. I ordered the tyres in the morning and they were fitted later that day. In fact I wasn't even with the car, the job was done and then I paid over the phone. The professionalism and friendly approach was very refreshing. Hometyre were best on price also. I will not be going back to the high street brands.

This is the first time I have used an at-home tyre service and it won't be the last. Good prices and excellent service, without having to sit around in a cold and draughty garage, wasting time.

Had a puncture this morning. (Luckily outside my house). My car has no spare, only an emergency repair kit! So instead of the hassle of using this, and then taking my car to a garage and then waiting etc, I called Hometyre. They were able to fit me in and arrived at the allocated time. From the lady on the phone right through to completing the tyre fitting, they were both friendly and very efficient. The cost was also only about a fiver more than a well known high street tyre fitting company, who would have kept me waiting and tried to persuade me to have this and that looked at! Can not recommend them highly enough and I will certainly use again in the future. Thanks.

Had to call out Hometyre on 21st Dec due to a shredded tyre. The technician who attended was very helpful and informative and helped remedy other tyre and wheel issues whilst 'on site'. I thought the price for the fully fitted tyre was very competitive and will treat Hometyre as a first port of call for any future problems.
