I hit a pot hole which caused 2 punctures, and being a VW I have no spare. Trying to organise a mobile tyre fit with another big mobile service was defiantly not a “quick” process, with you it was simple and pain free.

The chap who visited (Portsmouth) did a great job, and I will certainly use and recommend your services again in the future.

Hello I feel I should drop you an email about my recent experience of Hometyre.co.uk. I have had some terrible experiences with tyre fitters over the years. I was about to book our Chrysler Crossfire into a local garage for 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres, sizes 19" rear and 18" front when your professional looking leaflet dropped through our door. I decided to give you a try even though I expected that you would be unable to beat our cheapest quote. I entered the details on your website in the evening and within 30 minutes a professional and helpful advisor contacted me back and I had a booking for within 48 hours as this was my choice. You had beaten the best quote out of around 7 I obtained by at least £30 and you were coming to me! I was later contacted by the local agent for Barnsley who confirmed the booking. The technician arrived exactly on time in a clean and professional looking van, his name was Pete Waddoups. All 4 tyres were changed without any fuss or drama, he was polite and professional throughout. He was careful, and even used a torque wrench to tighten the bolts up to the correct torque and inflated them to the correct pressures. This was a first for me, I usually have to set the correct pressures and torque the wheels correctly when I arrive home from Tyre shops after they have been almost welded on with an air-gun! Pete cleared up and the 4 tyres are exactly what we wanted. The whole job from first contact to payment was super smooth and professional, he is a credit to your company as is the advisor who took the booking and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family your services. The only company to quickly source tyres that were not standard. Not only that, they could call on the same day. Turned up on time and did an outstanding job for very reasonable rates. Even checked the other tyres for correct pressure. If you want a professional job done call HomeTyre.

I had the misfortune of suffering a blowout on the M5. I was towed to two local very well known depot's by the recovery driver, none of them had my size in stock and the service was appalling!I typed tyres into google maps and was given the number for Hometyre. From the initial telephone call to a very well spoken lady (whose name escapes me at this time) to the fitting of the tyre by local 'tyre technician' Richard, I was spoken to as a customer should (even after having opted for a budget make) and received a top class service!It just goes to prove, the bigger the company does not necessarily mean the best service... The tyres were done on my drive with no fuss whatsoever. I ordered three tyres but only needed two so they took one back and only charged me for two. A refreshing change in ethics. The job was done on my driveway and I wasn't even there. I paid later that day over the phone. Fantastic.

This was the first time I had used a mobile tyre service, and I will never go back to a static site. I ordered the tyre's in the morning and they were fitted that afternoon without having to move the car from my driveway. Hometyre were also far less expensive than some of the bigger names.
