I just wanted to say thank you to John for his help. As a single woman, I find the tyre centre experience quite intimidating so when I realised I needed four new tyres I was dreading it! Hometyre helped me with my choice of tyre and John was very thorough about making sure the job was done properly and that I understood what he was doing. I won't hesitate to call you again.

Just had 2x Runflats replaced on my Mini, The fitter Ian turned up 30mins EARLY, changed my Pirelli tyres, moved the back wheels to the front, gave my wheels a good well-needed clean and even checked my tracking, all these works completed on my drive while i sat in my office allowing me to complete my conference calls. Fantastic service Thanks very much....

Ok, at first I thought 'why no prices showing on screen?'. Decided to pick up the phone and call. Now I understand completely! Was asked all the right questions and offered a whole range of options by a gentleman called Dave (who really knew his stuff) and organised where and when I wanted them replaced. When the wife changed my plans, I called back in and spoke to Chris who was equally obliging and within seconds rearranged the appointment date and time - no grumbles or fuss. That's quality service and back to traditional roots. keep it up Hometyre!

Many, many thanks to Frank and the whole team at Hometyre. I was so impressed with the level of service I received last week when I had a flat tyre and had to abandon my car a few miles from home. "Above and beyond" really doesn't do justice to the fast, friendly and above all very professional manner in which they handled the whole job. Not to mention very reasonably priced. It was a completely different experience compared with my recent dealings with a number of well-known competitors when trying to buy a pair of non-urgent tyres. Only wish I'd found Hometyre earlier - now keeping their number in my phone! Highly recommended.

I had my tracking done on my BMW whilst I was at work. All I had to do was give John my keys and within 40 minutes the vehicle was done. When I drove the vehicle home that night I could feel the difference. Great service.

Splendid. I rang on Thursday afternoon and they arranged to come the next day. They rang in the morning to confirm, and to see if I was available earlier than scheduled (I'd previously told them I was going to be in all day). Good job done in less than 24 hours.

Amazing service from start to finish, really went the extra mile to answer questions I had about my other car as well as the one he was replacing the tyres on. I called before 9 am and they were ready to come out for 2pm that afternoon. Would recommend the service to anyone great job :)
