A difficult job for Keith you fitter as the locking wheel nuts had been over tightened the week previous by BMW. He worked extremely hard and managed to change the punctured tyre. He also managed to change a second wheel but was unable to remove the final two. It took BMW Cambridge around three hours the following day to free the last two nuts. The accepted liability and replaced all four locking nuts free of change. I was so pleased with the price and service from Keith and Hometyre that I recommend him to my son, who also purchased four tyres from Hometyres the following week. Thank You.
