Hello. May I firstly thank you for your prompt help on the day when my tyre punctured and 2 tyres were replaced the same day following my journey home- by assistance from a rescue service who did an initial change to the safety tyre.

Just to add- to try to help your service and not be critical.- If your rep had looked at my tyre purchase history, which you had on line, you may well have noticed that I have history of buying high quality tyres as I cover many miles with work and want the longer life and safety that comes with this higher price ( or should do). I could then have been asked if I wanted the repair to be the quickest that it could be ( maybe good, but a cheaper tyre of a variety already in stock, or maybe a days' delay, but with the choice between that previously offered, and the quality I have a history of having.. I saw Tony (Hometyre Edinburgh) at Costco car park on Tuesday and said I had a problem with my tyre as I have used Tony's services a few times before he took a quick look then arranged to come out next day and fix problem (air was leaking out rim from pothole damage), after quick fix from Tony my car was back on the road. What a fantastic service, I phoned up at 8.30 am really needed a puncture sorted, decided I would replace all my worn tyres instead which needed to be done 2 hours later they were on my doorstep, good price, quality tyres and very quick and efficient!

I found you by Google, and so pleased I did. The AA contacted me and said that they did mobile I asked for a Quote never got back to me, I have been a member since 1988. I tried two more companies for prices, then Hometyre, glad I did because you came out the middle one.

But the service I received was second to none. He arrived bang on time, did the job, he was a very pleasant man who knew his job,

No complaints at all, and I will use and recommend you to others.
