As you know I had 2 Maxxis M36 tyres fitted by your company last Saturday.

I just thought of dropping you a short note to thank you for your excellent service. Dave and Frank who came to do the job were exceedingly professional and proficient. The van was faultlessly clean and tidy (like an operating theatre). Both Dave and Frank were very courteous, on time and very helpful. Therefore overall I am very impressed by your service. The price of the tyres was also very competitive.

Once again I thank you for your service and I shall certainly be using your company again. I will recommend it to friends and family as well as any patients of mine.

Many thanks for the service that I have just received from you all at Hometyre for the supply and fitting of my caravan tyres yesterday.I was impressed with the communication and also the friendliness of the fitter who worked extremely well on the job in hand.

(Just had a problem this week trying to find tyres for my Senator Louisiana,everywhere I contacted said no stock available.
Those that had tyres didnt want to know if fitted with Tyron bands and some of the mobile fitters did not do this area (Worcester)
I did a web search and found a firm called Hometyre who found tyres at one of their depots and moved them about to get them here.
They were fitted yesterday and I found them very efficient and price reasonable, may be of interest to someone.)

Just a short note to say thank you for a highly professional and cost effective service.
I had hit a pothole and lost the balance weights off the front wheel. I contacted Hometyre (Belfast) and they came directly to my workplace.
The wheel was rebalanced but swapped to the rear as it was lightly buckled, I was given the choice of 2 companies who would be able to fix the wheel.
All other tyres were checked also.
This is the second time I have used Hometyre (Belfast), the first being to supply and fit 4 new tyres and to realign the steering.
This was all done at my home I was contacted on the day to be informed of the arrival time and approx amount of time required to complete the job.
The work was completed professionally and to a lower price than all other tyre depots.
Why waste YOUR TIME sitting in a tyre depot when the work can be done while you are at home or work, and for the same or lower price!
Again thank you and I look forward to using Hometyre (Belfast) in the future.

Called Hometyre expecting the normal tyre chat, how wrong was I?! The lady who answered was so helpful I couldn’t believe I was buying tyres; this was followed up by the technician and anything I asked wasn’t too much trouble for him.

The Hometyre reception I called dealt with the matter efficiently, discussed the options and identified the tyres I required, and arranged a fitting for a day, time and place which suited me. The fitter who came yesterday willingly cleared a space by moving the many dustbins belonging to the apartment building where I live so that he had a space to work. He then completed the job promptly and put the dustbins back as they were. I am very happy with the service I received from Hometyre and would not hesitate to recommend them.
