I had a severe shaking on my car when I reached 50 mph. I found Hometyre on the internet and booked an appointment for my tracking to be done. The engineer arrived bang on time and when I explained what the problem was he advised me that it wasn't my tracking but my wheels needed balancing. He balanced all the wheels and then after asked me to drive the vehicle. To my amazement the problem was completely solved. He then advised me that the cost for the balancing was actually less that the original job booked. Very impressive service.

I had a blow out this afternoon on my Audi A6's off-side rear tyre whilst travelling to Telford on the M54. Despite all their vans being out, Andy the boss came to my rescue inside 20 minutes and changed the tyre on the hard shoulder with traffic screaming past. Rob provided an excellent service. He quickly ordered and replaced a damaged tyre, completed the tracking and fixed a slow puncture. The price was great - much lower than our local alternatives in Garstang and he provides a much more thorough service. We would not hesitate in using Hometyre's services in the future.

Yesterday I had Tyron bands fitted to my caravan by Hometyre. I cannot remember when I had such professional and efficient service. Chris arrived exactly as you advised, this is indeed rare these days and I was immediately struck by his professional approach and demeanour. He carried out the fitting, explaining the purpose of each operation and taking the trouble to ensure that I fully understood what Tyron bands do and how they should be fitted. It all went like clockwork and I will certainly recommend Hometyre and sing their praises. Because, I am an old (as in ancient) engineer and I can recognise a professional when I see one. As well as that I spend most of my time sending complaining letters to companies who give be abysmal service. How rare and what a pleasure it is to compliment a company on their service. Yours W.B. I found Hometyre online via google and after browsing their web site, I gave them a call on the freephone number. They were very polite and friendly on the phone and it was probably their knowledge and understanding which made me use them. On the day of my fitting, Mark the franchisee of this area came round to my house. He was punctual and friendly too. Mark took the time to answer my questions and advise on the best rotation to do on my tyres. I ended up having my tracking done too, so that my new tyres would last much longer. I had two Bridgestone tyres fitted, which I chose over the phone when booking. After a previous bad experience with a well known (not so kwik) big tyre firm, I found Hometyre a refreshing change and was very happy with the job done. I will use Hometyre Sussex again and I am already recommending them to everyone in need of a new tyre. Keep up the good work!!

Top quality service from Hometyre ! They quoted me the cheapest price for the specific tyre brand I wanted. Chris the installer turned up at my door on time with the right tyres onboard and proceeded to do a really thorough job of fitting the tyres (full set) providing me really useful advice along the way. I dont usually write reviews however credit where its due, Chris and the Hometyre team are worthy of a recommendation. Convenience along with a great price and great service, you cant ask for any more. Try these guys - you'll wonder why you havent purchased tyres from them sooner!

Had hometyre out this weekend as I had to work from home so I could not go out to have my tyres fitted. Asked for 4 tyres but the technician looked at the tyres on my car and said that I would only need 2 as the other 2 had 5mm on them! Now you don't expect that kind of service these days, good that somebody is not out to just sell you something but to advise you, also the tyre price was very keen and to have it done at my home was fantastic. Now to get back in touch with my local BMW dealer who assured me I needed x4 tyres.....

A colleague of mine had used Hometyre and recommended them to me. I had quite a severe puncture but the engineer was still able to repair the tyre. This contrasts with some tyre and exhausts centres who appear too keen to replace a very expensive tyre...I really felt I could trust Hometyre and would recommend them to anybody!
