Very Good and it was dark cold and raining. Frank also did my caravan last year. Very good for trailers and caravans, and the tyres were a lot cheaper for my Astra too !

Dave was really helpful and I appreciate the time he spent, particularly as he discovered the second puncture which if it had been undetected would have created a real problem for me.

A huge thanks to Al who has replaced a damaged tyre for me earlier this morning, It wasnt a 5 minute job due to the manufacturers technicians severly over tightening my wheels nuts, although with persistance and determination he got the job done safely!

Although I'm located in East London I needed the services of your West Midlands branches when I punctured a tyre in a new Ibiza. With no spare wheel and the tyre too badly damaged to use the emergency repair kit, I called your area centre with the precise details of the tyre spec and brand and within 90 minutes I was back on the road again. Great and efficient service all round. Can't ask for more.
