Michelin have just dropped the all-new Primacy 5; the latest in the long line of touring tyres for cars and SUVs. This tyre features new and improved features that characterised the Primacy line of tyres in the first place, and furthermore, absolutely NO compromises have been made, which is amazing for a tyre company to achieve this! (It is Michelin, after all).

Previous users of the Primacy lineup will no doubt be familiar with this tyres impressive ride and comfort, while offering minimum fuel consumption for those long trips away! The best feature was the Primacy's low rolling resistance, which not only prolongs the life of the tyre but improves fuel consumption, therefore consistently being rated A in fuel consumption!

A Considerable Increase In Lifespan!

Michelin have adopted a sustainable model and recognised the need for longer lasting tyres. Tests have shown these tyres last 18% longer than the outgoing Michelin Primacy 4+, so you can enjoy the benefits for longer!

Michelin are big believers in their "All Sustainable" model, and this tyre is the perfect example of what they're doing to achieve this. The Michelin Primacy 5 has a 6% reduction in environmental impact compared to the Primacy 4+!

Suitable For Electric Vehicles!

With reinforced sidewalls and a notable reduction in noise and rolling resistance, these tyres meet the standards for EV rated vehicles, including all-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, including SUVs.

Leveraging a new patented tread design featuring channels that are 10% deeper for optimal water evacuation and incorporating the latest-generation functional elastomers, the Primacy 5 achieves an A-rating in wet grip under European standards. When new, it enhances braking performance on wet surfaces by 4% and can safely travel roughly 7,000 km (about 4,350 miles) more than its predecessor!
