Car Park Changeover and a Quick Response

Whilst out shopping with the family, we noticed in the corner of a car park a car sitting on a compact jack. I headed over to see if they needed any help. It turned out that the tyre had completely burst and they needed the spare putting on as they were just starting their holiday in Center Parcs. We fitted the spare and took the old wheel (with the tyre) away with us to fit a new Nexen tyre.

After a brief backwards and forwards with the supplier, the Nexen was delivered to us, fitted to the rim and balanced. We arranged to meet with the customer the next day at their camp sit. Going through the secure entrance, we jacked the car up, removed the spare wheel and re-fitted the new wheel. Before it went back onto the car, we gave it a thorough deep clean to get rid of many many years worth of brake dust and general grime!

The customer was ecstatic that we could change the tyre in such short notice! We wish her the best of travels and we hope the holiday goes fantastically well!
