Puncture repaired at customer's home in Keswick whilst she works in Penrith

Here at Hometyre Cumbria we're not often short of a beautiful view! We were lucky enough to take an autumnal trip into the countryside of Keswick to a customer's home, where she left her car during the day whilst she went off to work, to take a look at a puncture on her Landrover Discovery Sport.

When the customer originally called our office she explained she needed this done before 9am or after 5pm during the week, we asked the question…why?

She explained she worked over in Penrith from 9am until 5pm and often car shared with a colleague of hers, this meant the car would be at home during the day. What the customer didn't realise is that we do not need you to be there during the fitting! As long as you're able to leave the keys in a secure location and make us aware of where the locking wheel nut key is, we can do the fitting without anybody present!

We booked the new customer in for the next morning, arranging to call her for payment on her lunch hour, she returned home on the Wednesday evening to a fixed puncture and a safe road legal car!
