Puncture repair at your holiday home in the Lake District!

We are privileged here at Hometyre North Cumbria to call the Lake District our home, as the temperatures start to drop this month we are waking up to crisp mornings and striking autumnal sunsets.

This week, I went out to a customer who was on holiday in Keswick who had unfortunately ran over a nail, however on the fortunate side they had picked it up right next to their holiday cottage! We definitely don't like to be late for our appointments but when we were driving down one of the lanes in Keswick to get to this job we encountered a slight traffic jam…!

Luckily these pesky sheep didn't deter us too much and we managed to get out to the customer just in time! We carried out a puncture repair on the customer's tyre with a view of the beautiful glow on the mountains as the sun went down, not a bad end to another day out in the Lakes.
