Mobile Tyre Service in Keswick for a C4 Picasso

We had a phone call at head office from a customer who had seen our van parked in Keswick, they knew they needed a full set of tyres as it had been written as an advisory on their recent MOT.

This particular customer had not heard of a mobile tyre fitting service before and was a little wary, he called our head office and after a chat with our team about how the service works, he felt much happier!

We explained to him we are fully mobile so we are able to bring the tyres out to a home, work, or any address of the customer's choice! We also explained how we don't take any payment up front and carry chip and pin machines on board so once the job has been completed and the customer is happy, payment is then taken!

He booked in to have 4 Nexen tyres fitted to his Citroen C4 Picasso in a 205/55R17, we also offered him a free wheel alignment check. If you are fitting your vehicle with 4 brand new tyres, the last thing you want is to have misaligned wheels, resulting in uneven tyre wear and ultimately less mileage out of the tyres.

How do I know if I need wheel alignment?

A question asked by the customer over the phone, we explained to him that if his current tyres have uneven wear, e.g. they are wearing heavily on the inside edge, alignment may be the issue! Also if he is experiencing a slight pull to one side when driving, this is another big indicator you could need your tracking done!
