Bridgestone tyre fitted to VW Golf near Ely and also a puncture repair on a VW Golf in Milton.

This morning we were called by a regular customer living near Ely who had spotted a screw embedded near the shoulder of a rear tyre on a VW Golf so we arrived at the agreed time and fitted a new Bridgestone RE050 tyre size 225/40/R18 to the vehicle. We had been recommended to a new customer who also had a screw embedded in a rear tyre on a VW Golf so we arrived with a replacement Bridgestone tyre size 225/45/R17 but as the screw was located in the centre of the tyre we were able to repair the existing tyre and the new tyre will be returned to our supplier. Next it was off to Willingham to fit a new Goodyear Excellence tyre size 255/45/R20 to an Audi Q5 followed by a visit to a regular customer living in Longstanton to replace a rear tyre on a Ford Focus and again we arrived at the agreed time and fitted a new Avon tyre size 225/40/R18 to the vehicle. We have just left a new customer living in Melbourn who had ordered a new tyre for a Ford Focus as a rear tyre was losing air pressure so a new Nexen tyre was fitted as the existing tyre was over five years old and during our vehicle inspection we noticed that the three remaining tyres were showing signs of age so we are returning tomorrow to replace them.
