I was extremely pleased with all aspects of your service. Your pricing was extremely competitive, especially taking in to consideration the convenience of having the work carried out at home. Your sales staff were polite and efficient. However I feel that the professional service that your fitter (Peter) provided was the icing on the cake. I can not speak highly enough of both his work and his positive attitude, he certainly went that extra mile. I would defiantly use your service the next time I require a new tyre.

SECOND TIME I iHAVE USED HOMETYRE AND ALL IS WELL, YOUR TECHNICIAN NOTICED THAT I HAD NEW WISHBONES FITTED RECENTLY AND THAT THE WHEELS WERE OUT OF ALIGNMENT, AND AS I AM GOING ON A LONG DRIVING HOLIDAY TOMORROW HIS ADVICE WAS OPPORTUNE AND SAVED EXCESIVE WEAR, THE GARAGE TRACKED THE CAR FREE OF CHARGE.PLEASE THANK YOUR TYRE FITTER. In 2 words - All good. Used you last year as well so am a returning customer, 4 tyres each time. Guy on the phone was knowledgeable, polite and gave me a good price. The fitter was punctual, perfectly pleasant and remembered me/car from last time. Also got booked in at very short notice (next day) and this was very important for me at the time. He took a bit longer than was estimated by the guy on the phone but it was pouring with rain the whole time so that’s fair enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Hometyre to friends/family.

Discovered a puncture around 1300 and had the tyre replaced and fitted by 1500 the same day. It’s not often you would get such swift and excellent service.Chris was extremely helpful on the phone and advised me of the best replacement tyre and also assisted in finding me a good cost to not pay premium prices. Mark arrived at 1430 and by 1500 the tyre was fitted and the service was done.I couldn’t fault them and would happily recommend and use them again.Thank you so much all

Alan was brilliant! I called in the morning to see if I could get a tyre repair and he came straight out to see the car.When we realised we needed a new tyre he drove all the way to Strood and back so we could have a new tyre fitted the same day ready for the weekend!!All other companies said the couldn't do anything until Monday.The tyre was fitted while I did the school run and on my return the car wheels had been checked, inflated and cleaned!A fantastic job all round, would highly recommend Alan to anyone.

I purchased off road tyres not from Hometyre and needed them fitted i phoned on Friday and was told that Mark would be with me at 08:30 on Saturday in Littlehampton.Mark arrived promptly and asked a few questions and checked what needed to be done.He was very polite and delivered a first class service.I will definetly use Hometyre again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Job REF 29/RM58855 Just writing this e-mail to thank Hometyre East London (Rashid)After having a very bad experience with a old school online mobile tyre company, i was reluctant on making a purchase at Hometyre, (to be honest, a company that i've never heard of) but i'm glad i eventually did. Two of my tyres were flat and my car was left at work in Essex.On the first occasion Rashid visited, I was late to meet him at the car but he didn't complain. He couldn't get the wheel locking nuts as they were worn really badly.Rashid came back the next day with another colleague, I believe his name was Rob from Preston Hometyre. they both managed to get all the wheel locking nuts off and change the tyre and i was on my way.A very friendly and positive attitude from them both, and the fact that it was taking so long, i expected them both to give up and tell me to get a tow truck. Their persistence paid off, and eventually everything worked out. Their positiveness eventually took away the gutted feeling of my original ruined tyres.The van was surprisingly very clean, excellent customer service, these are things people usually don't associate with garages or tyre fitters. The price for the tyre was also very good compared to others. i will be ordering tyres from Hometyre now on, and have recommended it to others. I hope you pass on my thanks to them both.Afjal
