As always I was very impressed! I ordered my snow tires on a Wednesday and on the Friday, even despite the snow, they were on! Cannot fault hometyre; Frank cannot do enough for you, excellent service. Definitely would recommend hometyre to absolutely anyone!

A very convenient way to have tyres fitted, when I booked the appointment the person I spoke to was very helpful. The mechanic who fitted the tyres was very pleasant,did a good job. I will certainly use you again and indeed have recommended you to my friends.

I don't normally leave feedback but you do deserve recognition for giving the best quote, prompt and efficient service which given it was my daughters car needing a new tyre and I live 2 hours away and she was at work was trouble free and brilliant communication with the fitter on-site even taking the trouble to call.

I am in the service industry and your company were truly impressive and we will definitely use you again!

I rang my local tyre depot about a flat tyre at home and they said bring it down (flat tyre) and we'll see if we can do it you'll have to leave it with us- who's got time for that. I thought there must be a better way than this, and there was! I rang Home Tyres at around 11.00am, the service centre sounded efficient and interested, he thought that someone would be able to come quite quickly as he was in the area , Paul was there by 11.30 the service was very professional and curteous, he fixed my puncture, explained what the problem was, check all the other tyres and was away for 12 ish, all for £30. and I carried on working. Thanks very much, highly recommended.

For many years I had a good relationship with a local tyre fitting company that became a Kwik Fit, there the goodwill, friendly service and work being done when I wanted it ended.

Fortunately I found Hometyre and the friendly service returned and the work is done when I want it and as importantly where I want it. Price is very competitive too.

I have used Hometyre on several occasions now and recommended my local Hometyre franchisee (for Wirral) to a number of people.
I am extremely happy with the price and service from Hometyre and the expertise Dave Wright brings makes you feel incredibly confident
that the right product is going on your vehicle in the right way.
If all franchisees work this way then there is nothing you can do better from a client perspective, you offer a professional, timely services
all wheels cleaned after a job, and call backs to check if everything is as expected.
One of the people I recommended Hometyre to joking said 'he is at one with the rubber.'

Thank you for coming to my office and fixing my tyre. There was a 4.5cm long screw in it!! Typically it was the most recent tyre I had on my car last November so I'm pleased John managed to repair it...costing me a fraction of what if would to replace it.

I only knew John on LinkedIn but will definitely use him again in the future

Great service!

I received your leaflet though my door a few weeks ago and took it to work in case I ever needed your help. Rather unfortunately I needed to call on you soon than I had hoped!

I have had a few punctures over the last few years and each has caused hassle. I am on my own since my husband died and getting a car to a garage by myself I find a stressful situation, as I believe is the case with many ladies! It was so nice to be able to call yourselves, not be made to feel silly and have someone arrive within a couple of hours at my place of work. Your customer service team were lovely and very patient and Mark who mended my tyre was very courteous and efficient. I was kept fully informed and contacted throughout. I will certainly keep your key fob attached to my car key for future use!

I have since recommended you to my father, who has had two new tyres fitted at his home by yourselves, which was much easier for him as he is now elderly and he didn't need to wait at a garage and was able to stay in his own house while the work was carried out. I have recommended you to many people (especially ladies) where I work and everyone wants a key fob to keep with them now!

Dave Wright responds quickly to your call, he's meticulous in his work and prides himself in providing great service at a very reasonable price. His pricing is transparent too, on each occasion he's told me what the prices are for that tyre in the marketplace. Every time (five times I've used his services) he has been open, twice he was the cheapest, the other three he was no more than five pounds more expensive - but considering he came to my house on each occasion and fitted and balanced the tyres, it meant no loss of my own time and no loss of petrol as I would have had to drive many miles to a garage to get the cheapest price - thus going elsewhere would have proved a false economy. David is very hardworking. If you need tyres, you'd be a fool not to use him!
