Al arrived on time and was happy to explain everything. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy tyres I didn't need. There was a slight query about the price but this was settled very quickly with a call to the office. The whole process was quick, efficient and great value. Highly recommend!

Just want to thank Chris for going above and beyond to help us out when our caravan had a blow out, green flag came out and put the spare on so we could get it to the site and Chris booked a fitter to come to us later to fit two new tyres, unfortunately the fitter was involved in an accident and couldn't get to us. Chris then sorted out for us to take the van to another garage the next day, he was so efficient and friendly and a credit to your company. (sorry don't know his surname)

Hi,

I'd had 4 new tyres fitted by yourselves approx 12 months ago but noticed recently that one of them had worn out. Curious as to why one tyre was bald and the rest were fine, I contacted Hometyre for advice. I'd also noticed some knocking noises coming from the front end when going over potholes or bumps. The Hometyre engineer quickly diagnosed a worn ball joint and track rod end which were replaced along with the bald tyre. The wheels were aligned, tracking done etc and the knocking noises were largely reduced.

However the engineer was not happy that the noises were not gone completely and so has advised I come back for further checks.

I am always impressed with the care and attention given by all of the Hometyre staff - they strike me as the sort of guys who don't want to be beaten, even by small issues. A refreshing change to other garages/engineers I have used in the past!
