Absolutely spot on.Tony phoned to say he could come before the arranged time to have a look at the tyre. He explained on arrival that he could plug and patch instead of replacing the tyre as I was expecting.
Cost was a lot less than I thought it would be and the service could not be faulted.
Well worth the fee plus the cost of a cup of tea and a biscuit for Tony.

Excellent service. Easy to book. Operator arrived at exactly the appointed time & was polite, friendly & interested. He brought a replacement tyre with him in case the puncture could not be repaired. The quoted cost for this tyre was the best I've received. As it happened, the puncture could be repaired and in less than an hour all was done to a very high standard.

Tyres a little on the high side price wise, however the fitter (Jonny) was very courteous and efficient in carrying out the tyre change, and with the after work customer care. If this was Net Promoter Score, then I would say that my score would be 8.
