Craig arrived very quickly after my phone call. He replaced the tyre quickly and efficiently (it was too badly damaged to be repaired) and also offered useful advice on the condition of the other tyres and brake pads.

Overall, excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Mark, used him and hometyre on a number of occasions and found him totally reliable efficient always on time and reasonably priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Kevin did a great job fitting my tyres at Redditch, despite difficulties he had with locking nut removal. Totally professional, patient and was willing to work late if necessary to get me sorted out before my return to France.

Thankfully that wasn't needed but showed dedication non the less. I have already spread the news to all my chums on FaceBook. Great work Kevin and thanks again.

Had a set of winter tyres fitted to my bmw6 series by fitter Nick. He turned up on time and was very polite and courteous at all times.

Very happy with the performance of the Pirelli Soto zero tyres fitted, Used them in France on ice and snow wouldn't hesitate in recommending both tyres and homeserve who I have used before. My son and daughter have also used their services and were also very happy with the service received.

So if you're after a great tyre service look no further, 10 out of 10.

Excellent service. Really helped me out as they slotted me in in between visits as I was stuck with a blow out. Very quick, excellent customer service couldn't have asked for better when I was stranded getting to work.

Looked over all my other tyres and emailed a health check on them.

Would definitely use again.

This is the second time I've used HomeTyre; both times, I had a weekend appointment confirmed straight away which fell perfectly for me.

Both times, Paul arrived 5 minutes early and was prompt, thorough and explained everything that had been done - he also advised me of two ensuring bald tyres which I checked and he was right. This encouraged me to come back and book them the second time.

They remembered what tyre I'd had fitted the first time and ordered me two. Compared to other companies, this was much better value for money opting for their middle range - about 50% chapter than the other company I'd checked for the same tyre!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I would not hesitate to return again and again. Keep up the great work satisfying your customers with your proactive approach.

Thank you so much for your help with the tyre. We had a flat tyre on the way to Luton airport and managed to get the rest of the way with the spare.

Because of the flat tyre, we had to rush for our flight and were unable to sort it out before we left. It was a huge worry whilst we were away as we were arriving back late at night. On the off chance that someone from the UK could help, I found hometyre and they were amazing. They took our flight number and met my partner outside. By the time I came out of the airport after waiting for the luggage, the new tyre was on and the wheels all balanced. Absolutely excellent service. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Craig and team.
