I needed my tyre changing quickly as I was at work and was going abroad very early the next morning. Kris from live chat managed to get it all sorted despite the fact that it was a last minute and a slightly complicated situation!
It was not just getting an appointment, she was really helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am now able to get it all changed in time and am able to go to France as planned tomorrow.
It was particularly complicated as I had no access to the car to check the tyre size and the fitting had to be a precise time etc. Please pass my personal feedback to her manager and say I was very impressed with the service.

Having had my tyres fitted by Hometyre back in August last year, I called them out to repair a puncture caused by a 2" screw inbedded in the rear offside tyre. Fortunately it was middle of the tread so a repair was okay.
The Hometyre technician explained the process and how effective the repairs are, so I am more than happy to use the tyre and will certainly use Hometyre again for the good service provided for new tyres and repairs.

Great Service, we had a flat tyre on our van stopping it from making deliveries. Hometyre pulled all the stops out to get to us and sort the tyre out. The price for the work was very resonable.

Hi there, I would just like to say thank you for a fantastic job you done on my transit sport van wheel, I made an appointment for after work the company called me and said they could change my trye over without me being home. I received a phone call in the afternoon, the guy told me it was done and I told him I had no card on me, I was told it was no problem and I could call later with the payment. The price for the tyre was the best price I could find on the net.
Service 10 out of 10, I will definitely use again and have already told friends about this service, thanks again.
