Cannot praise this company enough, many thanks to Nick Pollard (gold star for him) who got out of the brown stuff and back on the road to Norwich.

Hit debris on the M25 and shredded my "run flat" tyre, managed to get off M25 onto A41 Nick sourced a tyre locally and back on road in an hour.

Hometyre national tel no. in my mobile now. Fancy run flat tyres and "squirty" puncture repair kit no help on this occasion, bring back a proper spare tyre.

Richard the Keswick fitter and the people at central were really helpful, friendly and efficient.  My car suffered a double puncture on Cumbria's clever 'sharp stone with pothole' footways in the Lake District between Keswick and Borrowdale when we were on the way to holiday cottage. Found Hometyre's website once I had the cottages Wifi (no mobile signal), completed form and was called with a fitting date the next day. I also didn't mind there being a wee delay as he had helped a roadside stranded person on the way to me. Richard did a great job on the car and the tyres were a really good all-in price. Unfortunately the valve had a problem (not ever had that before) but Richard sorted that the next day. Really excellent service but I really hope I don't have to use Richard again on that dratted road :-)

Used the service for first time today and have to say they were fabulous.

The man that came out was friendly and very professional talking me through everything. The whole experience from Beginning to end was seamless easy stress free and very professional from the person in the call centre who helped work out what tyres I needed and booked the appointment to the technician who came out to fit them. I would definitely use this service again and happy to recommend them to family friends and others. No more struggling changing a tyre and then driving to a tyre centre for me from now on as this home service is fantastic.
