Just wanted to say thanks a lot to Dave covering the Wirral and Chester who fitted tyres to the front of a Zafira and Avensis Verso in Broughton near Chester on Saturday morning 17 November. The alloys on the Zafira were corroding and the tyres loosing pressure and Dave sorted this out and fitted the tyres. He's a top fitter and will definitely use his services again.

Just had to write and say what a great service, from ordering to fitting.

Everyone I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful.

Glen the fitter completed the whole experience with an equally friendly and helpful attitude.

What a great team and what a great service.

Ordered on line Tuesday 1232, fitted by 1200 on Wednesday, without leaving the house and I got the tyres I wanted.

Dear Hometyre,

I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for your outstanding service given on the evening of Friday, 2nd November. 

I had an unfortunate tyre blow-out and much to my embarrassment I had forgotten that my spare tyre was punctured (about 15 months earlier) and of no use!  I phoned my breakdown service (RAC) but of course tyres were not included.  However, they did phone around on my behalf and found your good selves.  This was all at about 16:40

My puncture had occurred just outside Much Wenlock, Shropshire on my way to Wales.  My contact was with Chris who explained that you did not normally go out on emergencies but under the circumstances he would see what he could do.  He phoned me back some ten minutes later to inform me that Andy, who was elsewhere with another customer, would be with me at about 17:45.  Great I said.  At five on the dot Andy turned up!  He proved to be a very competent and efficient individual.  Very likeable too. 

Half an hour later I was on my way with two new tyres.  To say the least, this was service above and beyond the call of duty.  Well done.

I would like to say it is an extremely good service and I will continue to recommend now and in the future and have already done so with local and distance family and friends.

I thought the service may be more expensive and with things the way they are at the moment, most people have to take price into consideration more then before. I was nicely surprised that the prices were very competitive with ATS and Kwikfit.  Prices were cheaper than Kwik fit and same as ATS but the thing that made your service better, was that you came to the home or work place.  This will appeal to lots of women and men for convenience.  My point regarding the competitors is that it cost no more, for the extra service which is very appealing and satisfying.

I met Mark in Bognor Regis at a business networking event and I kept the leaflet and remembered to use it when my tyres needed changing.  He was polite, professional, tidy and and even gave me some advice which was extremely helpful that will help me maintain my tyres in the future. 

The good thing is you are national company which will be very helpful to all people around the country and as I said previously I have already informed family and friends in West Sussex, London, Kent and Devon areas and I am sure they will inform the people they know.

I only recommend a company, if I think they offer a good service with a fair prices.
