all good. the hometyre representative who came, the same as last time, managed to fix my tyre with a much cheaper puncture repair. i appreciated this and therefore will use him for any future tyre changes. he had the foresight however to come equipped with the correct tyre for my car just in case he had been unable to repair it.

I can say with no reservation that the service was nothing less than excellent.

The response on my request was immediate.

The attitude of the person that I spoken to on the phone and the engineer that fitted my tyres, was positive and professional.

It is a service that I used for the first time after a colleague recommended it and I will be using in the future.

I hope the standards of the service continue to be as high as it has been in my case.

I have used Hometyre on two occasions and have been impressed each time, particularly with Ravi Haria who was extremely helpful when I was trying to order tyres online. He called me back a couple of times to ascertain whether I needed additional help and came within the timeframe quoted.

I would not hesitate to use Hometyre in the future & indeed will be booking a replacement tyre for a worn tyre in the coming weeks.

This was the first time I've used your company. I have to say it's the best customer service I've come across for a long while! Excellent communications, unbeatable value (mobile or high street), and all delivered and fitted at specified time / place, without having to leave my workplace.

My tyre was fitted by Frank. Very professional and took time to check / explain as necessary.

(A much better experience than sitting around for an hour at Kwik Fit, only for an inexperienced youth to tell me most of my vehicle needs replacing……).

I'll definitely use your service next time I need a tyre. I have already recommended your service to work colleagues and have pinned your leaflet on our noticeboard.

We (me and my Dad) are really happy with the service provided by Hometyre. The level of customer service from your office and by our local Hometyre person (Mark Watson) is second to none and we are also impressed by the new on-line facility which is perfect for outside of office hours. Gone are the days of driving to the tyre centre and having to sit in a cold, drafty waiting room - now I can sit in the comfort of my own home, whilst Hometyre come to me. Friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in recommending Hometyre (and indeed have on several occasions).

Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now - thank you so much!

I am delighted to say my experience with Hometyre has always been a positive one. Pleasant and helpful over the phone, searching through various prices ranges of tyres and rescheduling diary appointments to fit me in so my tyre could be changed at a convenient time to sit around my busy schedule. Fantastic that the engineer comes out to you, in order to change my tyre whilst I’m at work, causing no disruption to my day. Engineer replacing the tyre, was equally as pleasant and helpful as staff on the phone and had the job done (in awful cold wet weather) in fast time!!!! Payment on card machine, only finishes the smooth transaction of an utmost fantastic service. All staff at my company now use Hometyre, I have recommended to friends and would NOT go elsewhere. FAST, EFFECTIVE, RELAIBLE, ECONOMIC and FRIENDLY Service!!!! TOP MARKS!!!!!!!!! Thank-you

I've used Hometyre before so knew what to expect. As ever, Rob Barbour turned up spot on time having rung to say he was on his way. His advice was honest and based on knowledge, his service was quick and thorough and I've noticed the benefits immediately.

I carry some of Rob's cards with me and have no hesitation in recommending Hometyre to my contacts. Needless to say, I will use you again next time.

I can't fault the service I've had.

Have used Hometyre twice in recent years, guys in the vans turn up on time polite and happy to chat, telephone sales again polite and knowledgeable. There maybe slightly cheaper deals around but the convenience of a home visit is good value. The winter tyres I bought for my BMW 1 series are great highly recommend the switch for the season ! Thanks again will use your service when next needed.

Both of my recent experiences with Hometyre have been excellent. It all started with very competitive prices followed with excellent service. Being able to have the tyres fitted at home is a further bonus.
