Just wanted to express my satisfaction at the service you provided to supply and fit four new tyres for our Honda CRV. I placed an order with you yesterday mid afternoon and the tyres were fitted by 18:00 tonight. Great to receive a call to confirm arrangements this morning.

A pleasure to deal with ordered tyres thursday five o clock they were fitted by dinnertime friday. Thanks Dave on phone and the excellent fitter Paul (Manchester area).

Also each tyre was cheaper than anywhere else.

Id like to commend Mark for his punctuality if not for his early arrival and punctuality in attending the changing of my car tyre. From the outset Mark's obvious experience and expertise were most helpful in explaining what he was going to do. His professionalism, understanding and honesty and the use of his verbal aspects of communications made me feel welcomed.

On the other hand your customer service memeber Chris displayed honesty, empathy, dynamism and understanding of his interactions to me on the phone . I would certainly have no hesitations in recommending Mark or Hometyre
