Professional, friendly, thorough and courteous service from Glenn who went beyond the required puncture repair, checking all tyres, including spare.

This, despite it being late in the day and currently covering such a large area. Kept me fully informed of eta by mobile as he'd been delayed on a job 50 miles south.

Second job by Hometyre and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

When the fitter (Richard) arrived he was friendly, very helpful and efficient. Wheel and tyre fitted and balanced in very quick time. Will definately use this service again as the price was better than a lot of the national non-mobile fitters.

Ravi of Hometyre attended our home today to repair a flat tyre. His customer services was excellent. He kept us well informed prior to the appointment and gave helpful tips and recommendations after replacing the tyre.

The service offered was convenient as our car was not road worthy prior to the tyre replacement.

I referred Keith to my daughter's neighbour for a complete set of tyres.

The neighbour was already in the process of obtaining her own quotations knowing that she'd have to spend half a day travelling in to Cambridge and back to get them changed. Keith not only provided her with a winning quotation, but changed the tyres at the lady's house, in effect buying her half a day of time. She was absolutely delighted with the professional service that she received, as well as the care and attentiveness that sets Keith apart from other tyre businesses.

Furthermore, I received the exact same professional service from Keith when he changed the tyres on my car on Christmas Eve.

I can certainly recommend Keith for his professionalism, the time it saves his customers, and the value for money that he gives.

Great service from Glenn, he went that extra mile to do a proper job. There is really no reason to go to a garage any more when Glenn can come to you at a time convenient to you and he really knows what he is doing.

Nick arrived in plenty of time and was polite and friendly. He got to work immediately and replaced the two tyres in around 20 minutes.

Normally I would have had to spend around 2 hours going to some grotty garage and waiting in line for ages.

Cannot recommend Hometyre enough.

Why go to the hassle of having to drive somewhere when Hometyre will come to you for the same cost?

Alan, did a superb job of replacing my two front tyres, he was very through from start to finish and even clean all of my alloy wheels! I would definitely recommend Alan, to anyone wanting new tyres.

Just to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Hometyre today, especially Paul the Greater Manchester fitter. The sales team responded to my query quickly and efficiently and Paul was at my place of work within the hour. He was both friendly and professional and was able to repair my puncture in no time. All in all a top class service - I'd definitely recommend Hometyre (and have done already this morning!).

I recently asked Keith to check both my daughters car tyres on two separate occasions, which he duly did without any hesitation. I have to say the professionalism, honesty and the knowledge I received from him after doing this was exceptional he took the time to explain to me the issues one of the cars had running on two different types of tyres and he explained that it is not necessary to immediately change them at the moment but at some point it would need to be done.

If I or my daughters had taken the cars into a garage I can guarantee that they would not have been so honest and would have been out to make a quick sale unnecessarily, as this has happened to us on a previous occasion, so thank you Keith for your help and I will not hesitate to use you again or recommend you to my family, friends and business acquaintances in the future.

I picked a screw in my rear tyre on my way to work. The tyre eventually went flat. I phoned the Home Tyre number for the Basingstoke area which I got from the internet and was greeted with a lady whom was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost of a new tyre or a repair was given within a couple of minutes and was very competitive.

The repair engineer (Albert) turned up within 20 minutes, to my astonishment. Again, he was courteous knowledgeable and efficient. It was found that the tyre was not worth saving and we agreed to have a new fitted the next day. (The delay being… I drive a Land Rover Discovery and wanted a specific tyre and that would delivered to them the next day) Meanwhile Albert removed the wheel and replaced it with my "get you home tyre".

He returned the next day. Fitted the wheel and I paid using a debit card.

Easy……

Ravi provides an excellent service, couldn't fault it! I had lost my locking wheel nut key and one of the tyres was flat. A very well known recovery service had been over previously, and couldn't remove the locking wheel bolt. I called Hometyre, spoke to Chris who was very helpful. Ravi came over within 2 hours of my initial phonecall. He made a huge effort to help me and didn't give up until he succeeded. I will definitely recommend Hometyre to my friends and family.
