Very pleased with the service provided by Hometyre. Website was easy to navigate to find the tyre I wanted and I was then able to web chat with a member of staff who was very helpful in clarifying the appointment and confirming that I was ordering the correct tyre. I then paid online and the booking was confirmed for the next day. The fitter was slightly delayed at another appointment but he called my mobile to confirm he was on his way and arrived shortly afterwards. Was happy with the fitting and would definitely use Hometyre again.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how impressed I was with your company. From my initial phone call at about 1400hrs, your man phoned me back as promised within 5 minutes to discuss tyres he then informed me that someone would be with me by 1600hrs. At 1545hrs your fitter turned up, extremely helpful and courteous and within 40mins my new tyre was on and he had checked and inflated all my other tyres -without being asked.

This is the 1st time I have used your company and am very impressed by the politeness and professionalism of your staff. I will be recommending your company to others and without doubt will be the first company I call if I have any other problems.

Called out Hometyre because they explicitly state wire wheels a speciality.

They phoned to say they were running ahead of schedule to confirm if this was ok.

Found the fault on my tyre (leaky valve) and fixed it. Noted that the original weights had stained the wire wheel rim, and detracted from the appearance, so fitted adhesive ones out of sight.

Service was polite and efficient.

Highly recommended.
