I have used this company for years now for private and business vehicles. They are amazing on prices and very efficient. The rest of my family and acquaintances use them to as I know that they give an outstanding profesional service. I never go anywhere else...I don't even shop around as I know Hometyre will always give the best value for money.
I never usually write reviews as I can never usually give the time, but I feel I owe it to Hometyre as they have saved me a lot of money and saved me when I need tyres...they will do their best to get someone out to you ASAP.... They will help you loads. I recommend them to everyone I know all the time. They are the best . Thank you Hometyre for your fast friendly service (:

Good service & very pleased with result. However, your price for a puncture is above other firms. Take care you dont price yourselves out of the market.

Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback Mr. Leonard. Our invoice of 25.00+VAT to travel to an address and spend anywhere between 30-45 mins in total to remove, check, repair and rebalance and reinstall your wheel and tyre we believe represents a very fair price. We appreciate that a fixed garage may offer this slightly cheaper but do bear in mind we have to spend further time travelling to you as well. If a puncture repair takes us well over an hour to complete (including travel times etc), and we need to account for fuel, cost of products used and technician time, please be aware that we are carrying out this service for very little revenue return if any - but do so to keep our customers on the move.
We hope you'll appreciate that we simply cannot perform this service viably at any lesser price.
