I had a puncture and phoned Sam at 11am. He said he could fix it at 4pm.

Sam was a star. He phoned before he was due, to make sure i was home and when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take.

He did a great job at a cheaper price than I could get by driving to a garage.

He put the new tyre on the rear and put the old rear tyre on the front as it would be better for grip / tread wear apparently.

He even cleaned all 4 tyres on my car even though he only changed 1.

So he did extra work that I wasn't even expecting because he believes in delivering a delightful experience.

Sam is a credit to the hometyre team and deserves to succeed.

I've already booked him in to replace the tyre's on my wife's car in a couple of months time.

I arranged for Hometyre to fit tyres to a caravan that I was buying. The caravan was in Gosport and I live in the South West. I discussed the job with the Hometyre call advisor and arranged it for 0900 the next day. On time the Hometyre technician arrived and carried out the work. He then rang me to arrange payment via card. On completion he gave the receipt to the caravan owner/seller. It was very efficient and good value. I will certainly use Hometyre again for my cars/caravan when they need new tyres, or puncture repair etc

Brilliant service,visit time given was punctual. I did have a new tyre but the advice given regards the other tyres was excellent no sales pressure, just good sound,safe advice. See you later before winter arrives !!

Great service - I rang around 10.00 am and by 4.30pm the man was on my drive to fit them. They kept me well informed throughout the day and very courteous service both on the 'phone and from the fitter. Fully recommend and I will use again - but hopefully won't need you for a while :-)
