Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands excluding employees or franchisees within the Hometyre Group Ltd and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. All entrants must be over the age of 17.
2. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person allowed and each unique e-mail address qualifies as a single entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
3. All entries must be received by 29th February 2012.
4. Prize winner/s will be notified within 5 days of the closing date. The names and home county of the prize winners will be made available after the closing date to those enclosing a SAE to the draw address in an envelope marked “Tyre Safety Prize Draw”
5. The prizes consist of: (a) a set (pair) of new Tyron bands. The vehicle to which the bands are to be fitted must be owned by the prize draw winner and be fitted by a Hometyre technician at a mutually agreed time and location within the UK. In the event that the prize winner resides in an area over 50 miles from the nearest mobile service coverage area, or across a body of water, a closer location for fitment will be requested. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that there are no specific Tyron band size options available for the winners’ vehicle, Hometyre may, at their discretion, offer an alternative prize. Vehicle weight restrictions apply.
   (b) An installed TPMS. The vehicle to which the system is to be fitted must be owned by the prize draw winner and be fitted by a Hometyre technician at a mutually agreed time and location within the UK. In the event that the prize winner resides in an area over 50 miles from the nearest mobile service coverage area, or across a body of water, a closer location for fitment will be requested. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash. *In the event that the TPMS cannot be installed to the winners’ vehicle Hometyre may, at their discretion, offer an alternative prize. Vehicle weight restrictions apply. TPMS relies on a permanent radio signal to be transmitted from each wheel to a display receiver. Certain vehicles have shielding or are of a significant length which may prevent proper operation of the system.
6. Any products supplied and fitted are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties for a period of 12months from fitment date. Provided the vehicle is within Hometyre service coverage area, Hometyre will revisit any suspected warranty issue within 72 hours of enquiry (excluding weekends). Where any other issue is found, a charge for this service will apply.
7. The draw will be made by a random electronic process system.
8. The winning entry will be the first correct entry drawn at random after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the draw, Hometyre Group Ltd reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
9. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by Hometyre Group Ltd in printed and/or online formats.
10. The prize is strictly subject to availability. The prize must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative.
11. Your data will be used for communication in respect of this prize draw and for internal marketing purposes only. We will not offer your information to any third party at any time without your expressed written consent. By completing this form, you are giving consent for Hometyre Group Ltd to include you on our e-newsletter mailing list. If you wish to opt out of this at any time, please complete the relevant section on any future newsletter sent to you.
12. English law applies.
