Pirelli boosted by new F1 testing amendment

Italian F1 tyre manufacturer Pirelli has been given the potential option to evaluate new types of tyre during race meetings during the forthcoming season. The amendment to the ruling state that " at certain events, one additional specification of dry weather tyre may be made available to all teams for evaluation purposes.2
