Australian Mark Webber won last weekends Hungarian Grand Prix following a make or break decision during the races' only safety car session. With team mate Sebastion Vettel easing into a comfortable lead in the first quarter of the race, it appeared to be a foregone race-winning conclusion.until a series of issues - including Vettels 10 second imposed penalty - virtually gifted the Red Bull Racers team mate the win. A missed pit stop during the two lap safety car outing appeared to be a fundamental error on behalf of the Australian. This was quickly diluted when Vettel failed to observe a maximum ten car length distance before the restart and freed Webber out front. It wasn't all plain sailing though, Webber was forced to run his super soft Bridgestone tyres at an exhilarating pace for a much greater distance than expected to ensure he could later pit and return to his race winning position in front of Ferrari man Fernando Alonso.
