Centre-less Wheel Balancing is not only for Peugeot and Citroen’s

The ability of the Hometyre Van to Balance wheels without a centre hole came into play over the last two weeks. Firstly a Frontera with a bolt on hub centre. The screws were corroded in and while they could be drilled out the hub cover would need further attention and would require the wheels to be removed again to refit. With the Hometyre Centreless wheel balancing attachment the wheel was mounted on the stud holes and a dynamic Balance completed. Then can A Toyota pickup with after market 20” wheels, no access room for centre cone from front and off centre clamping surface with the cone from the rear. Again setting the adjustable stud mounting hub for six studs came into play.
The adjustable hub will cope with 3, 4, 5 or even 6 studs and is fully adjustable for stud spacing.
