Buying used tyres on Ebay is very risky. Why is someone selling used tyres, usually there is a reason for tyres beng removed, often a problem cannot be seen until after the tyre has been put on a wheel and inflated. Even that does not show all problems as there could be internal structure damage to the tyre, which could cause a blowout.
